Do storefronts support personalized reward journeys?

Yes. You can customize your storefront to gate content and rewards based on users, location, and behavior to deliver relevant, high-impact experiences. 

 

Do you offer single-brand focused stores?

Yes. We’ve created showcase Stores for Apple, Beats, Cabela’s and other popular brands that you can easily integrate into your storefront to deliver a seamless product browsing and shopping experience.

Do you offer multilingual support across time zones?
Yes. Our support teams operate 24/7 with coverage in multiple languages to serve members around the world with their orders. 
What happens if a participant has an issue with a reward?
We manage all fulfillment and customer care, ensuring fast resolution and a seamless reward experience. All communication is logged, and all Tickets and Resolutions are viewable by the clients Customer Success team. 
What about technical support?

Yes – CarltonOne also offers technical support for all programs, with a fast-response team committed to resolving any program disruptions, access or configuration issues. 

As a CarltonOne partner, you also have access to our extensive Knowledge Center and C1 University Training resources to learn how to use all of CarltonOne's program tools and features.

Gifting Programs

Can I send rewards without requiring users to earn points?

Yes. Our platform supports direct gifting, surprise-and-delight campaigns, and spot awards — no points needed!

You can also maintain storefronts where members redeem rewards for cash at discounted prices through the various financial providers that work with CarltonOne.     
 

Can I automate gifting for milestones or holidays?
Absolutely. You can schedule or trigger gifts based on birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or performance data. 

You can also send members credit to celebrate milestones which they can redeem for rewards in your store.

Is your platform secure and compliant for financial institutions?

  • Data-in-transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 and above  
  • We run annual penetration tests  
  • We receive annual SOC 2 Type II audits  
  • Fully GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA, CASL and PCI-DSS SAQ A-EP compliant

Can I integrate CarltonOne with my banking or fintech systems?

What payment options are available?
Many. Our engagement and ecommerce programs can be configured to accept many different payment types at reward checkout. These can include: points, credits, financing & BNPL, Apple Pay and Google Pay, buy with credit card and even points top-up via credit card. Our payment processing partners support stringent fraud detection protocols.
